Diane Krzysik

Diane Krzysik currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Lumotive, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Diane held the title of VP, People at Atomwise from November 2020 to December 2022, and served as VP of Recruiting & HR Programs at Quantenna Communications from May 2013 to November 2019, where Diane played a critical role in scaling the company from 20 to over 415 employees, leading to a successful acquisition. Earlier experience includes senior roles at Arcwave, Inc., where Diane was recruited to manage business operations and human resources, and at Carnegie Mellon, where Diane established the West Coast Campus and oversaw its operational, financial, and HR functions. Diane’s educational background includes the Aspiring Chief HR Officers Program at UC Berkeley Extension and a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
