Jason Haer

Jason Haer is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Cell, Safety, Testing & Reliability at Lunar Energy, where participation commenced as the seventh employee, expanding the team to over 25 members across various verticals and successfully achieving product certification across multiple industry standards. Prior to Lunar Energy, Jason held several positions at Zoox, including Director of Reliability and Compliance and Sr. Test Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included developing Design Verification Plans for multiple systems and building an in-house test lab. Early experience at Tesla Motors involved leading significant testing initiatives for battery safety and contributing to the development of key energy storage systems. Jason's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
