Jana Bachmaier

Jana Bachmaier is an HR Consultant at Lurse, focusing on strategic HR management and the design and implementation of HR instruments and processes since February 2023. Previously, Jana gained experience as an intern in HR digitalization at CLEVIS Consult, where responsibilities included support for Cornerstone on Demand solutions and project management. At NFON, Jana worked as an HR Working Student, developing a CSR strategy and processing employee processes using the HR tool Personio. Earlier internships included roles in marketing and HR at Finastra and thinkproject Deutschland. Jana holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
