Kristian Roocke has held various roles in companies across multiple industries. Kristian is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Lutheran Homes Group, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Executive Manager, Property & Projects at the same company from February 2022 to April 2023.
Before joining Lutheran Homes Group, Kristian worked as the Senior Manager, Site Operations at Minda Incorporated from August 2021 to February 2022. Kristian also served as the Head of Operations at Plena Healthcare from February 2021 to August 2021.
Kristian's earlier experience includes roles at CCH, where they worked as a Senior Property Services Officer from October 2018 to January 2021. Kristian also held positions as a Senior Property & Procurement Officer from June 2017 to January 2021, and as a Property Officer from September 2015 to June 2017.
Prior to that, Kristian worked as an Administrative Assistant (Property Team) at the Catholic Archdiocese of Adelaide from March 2011 to June 2014. Kristian also had a role as a Leadership Coach at James Partington Tennis Clinics from December 2010 to December 2013.
Kristian Roocke earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Property) from the University of South Australia from 2014 to 2018. In 2020 to 2021, they pursued a Graduate Diploma of Project Management in Project Management at the Australian Institute of Management. Earlier in 2013, they obtained a Certificate III in Property Services from the Real Estate Institute.
