Adel Saweres

Adel Saweres is a seasoned professional in the lighting and control systems industry, currently serving as a Senior Director of Commercial Business Development at Lutron Electronics since August 2008. With extensive experience in the Middle East region, Adel has held various leadership roles focused on sales and specification management. Key responsibilities include developing lighting control system sales, training and supporting distributors, conducting technical presentations, and establishing strong relationships with clients and contractors. Prior to Lutron, Adel worked as a Technical Sales Engineer at OSRAM, achieving significant sales growth for LED and electronic control gear across the GCC and East Africa. Adel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Tanta University.
