Hugo Gallegos

Hugo Gallegos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Product/NPI Engineer at Lutron Electronics since March 2015. Gallegos has successfully led over 50 New Product Introduction projects in both home and commercial systems and has established 10 new production lines, promoting innovation and market growth. Additionally, Gallegos spearheaded an ESD Program to protect sensitive components in manufacturing. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Social Responsibility Auditor at Intertek, conducting over 100 audits for Walmart and L’Oréal, and coordinating projects for engineering accreditation at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where teaching roles in Microsoft Office and Multimedia were also undertaken. Hugo Gallegos holds a Master of Business Administration and a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
