Prasanna Sardesai

Prasanna Sardesai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in integrated systems and electrical project design. Currently serving as a Senior Integrated Systems Specialist at Lutron Electronics since February 2020, Prasanna focuses on commercial project services and lighting control systems. Prior to this role, Prasanna held various positions at Pinnacle Industrial Controls Pvt. Ltd., including Assistant Manager responsible for design and estimation, along with roles as Senior Engineer and Engineer in manufacturing. Prasanna’s earlier experience includes positions as Design Engineer at Marine Electricals (India) Private Limited and Project Engineer at Samcon Industrial Controls Private Limited. Prasanna holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Operations) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, complemented by an advanced diploma in business administration from Welingkar Institute of Management.
