Thanh Huy Nguyen, Ph.D., currently serves as an R&T Associate at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) since November 2023. Previously, Thanh Huy held positions as a Research Fellow at the Centre national de la recherche scientifique (December 2022 - November 2023), and as a Researcher at CERFACS (December 2020 - December 2022), contributing to the Climate Modeling and Global Change team. Thanh Huy's extensive research experience includes roles as an Associate and Doctoral Researcher at Université Laval (January 2017 - November 2020), and as a Doctoral Researcher at IMT Atlantique (October 2016 - September 2020). Early career experiences include engineering internships at Orange, ECA Robotics, and Thales Underwater Systems, focusing on machine learning, sonar image mosaics, and bathymetry. Thanh Huy's academic credentials include dual Ph.D. degrees in Geomatic Sciences and Signal, Image, Vision from Université Laval and IMT Atlantique, along with two Master’s degrees and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
