Vanessa Bourrilhon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2016, they started their career as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Grand Hyatt Melbourne, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, Vanessa took on the role of Summer Camp Head of Canoe at Camp Manitou Canada. Vanessa then worked as an Innovation Intern at Australia Post in 2020. Currently, they are working as a Legal Assistant at Abbey Injury Law Pty Ltd. Vanessa is also involved in the legal community as the Vice President - Melbourne Student Division at Lawyers Without Borders.

Vanessa Bourrilhon pursued their education with a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Melbourne from 2017 to 2019. Vanessa then attended Penn State University in 2019 for a study abroad program at the Smeal School of Business. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of Melbourne, where they are expected to complete their Juris Doctor degree in Law from 2021 to 2023.

LWOB has special consultative status with the United Nations, ECOSOC and its activities include, training, neutral trial observation, capacity building in justice sectors, access to justice programs, and community outreach on access to justice issues.
