Thu Le is a Senior Staff Data Scientist at Lyft, leading a team focused on statistical software for causal inference. Previously, Thu Le worked at Airbnb, managing data science initiatives for Smart Pricing and Marketplace Experimentation, and at Facebook, where Thu Le conducted numerous experiments and co-designed a smart authentication framework. Academic experience includes a Ph.D. in Statistics and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with early research roles and teaching responsibilities at the university. Additional internships involved data analysis at Bing Ads and research on optimization strategies at The University of the South.
