Dave Louie

Dave Louie is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial transactions, litigation, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Lead Counsel for LyondellBasell's Olefins & Polyolefins and Intermediates & Derivatives businesses in the Americas, Louie excels in negotiations, product claims, real estate matters, and joint venture governance. Previous roles at LyondellBasell included Senior Counsel and Corporate Counsel, focusing on commercial transactions and dispute management. Prior to joining LyondellBasell, Louie practiced at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and McFall, Breitbeil & Eidman, P.C., specializing in commercial litigation and professional negligence claims. Louie holds a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
