Otho Miley

Otho Miley, COSS, has extensive experience in the chemical and refining industry, spanning over three decades at LyondellBasell since January 1990. Roles include Process Safety Coordinator and Process Specialist, focusing on refinery-wide operations and sulfur recovery units. Earlier positions as a Console Operator and Process Operator involved managing control room functions and operating equipment for paraxylene recovery and crude distillation units. Prior to LyondellBasell, Otho Miley worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Brown and Root, USA from June 1980 to December 1986. Otho Miley studied at San Jacinto College.
