Riley Keane

Riley Keane is an experienced design program manager currently serving as the Sr. Design Program Manager at Lyra Health since July 2022, where responsibilities include supporting design teams, enhancing onboarding experiences, and developing product localization strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Program Manager at IRL, where a design program was created for a distributed team, and as a Product Operations Manager at Fern Health, focusing on product operations and best practices. Riley also previously worked at Rally Health as a Senior Design Program Manager, facilitating human-centered design across teams, and as an Executive Business Partner for the Chief Creative Officer. Riley holds an Associate of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Sacramento City College.
