Heidi Immonen-Isomäki

Heidi Immonen-Isomäki has extensive work experience in various roles. Heidi is currently working at M-Files as a Global Customer Advocacy Specialist, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Community Manager at M-Files from October 2022 to March 2023, and as a Customer Success Manager from January 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining M-Files, Heidi worked as an Information Management System Specialist at Digital Office Company Oy from February 2020 to December 2020. Heidi also served as a Document Management Specialist at Fingrid Oyj from December 2018 to February 2020, and as an Hourly Worker at Document Management from June 2016 to December 2018.

Additionally, Heidi has experience as an Executive Secretary at Harjavallan kaupunki from May 2012 to May 2016, an Employment Counselor at Työ- ja elinkeinotoimisto from September 2011 to May 2012, and a Customer Advisor at Kyyhkylän Kuntoutuskeskus from July 2011 to September 2011. Heidi Immonen-Isomäki pursued their education at the Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a specialization in Business Information Systems. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they attended the Lahti University of Applied Sciences, focusing on becoming a physiotherapist.
