Jukka-Pekka Rissanen

Jukka-Pekka Rissanen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jukka-Pekka is currently working at M-Files as a Sales Executive since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Key Account Manager at M-Files from November 2018 to December 2021. Before joining M-Files, they worked at Qvantel as the Head of Digital Front Unit from September 2016 to October 2018. At Qvantel, they led a team of 160 professionals and was responsible for delivering cloud-based Business Support System components for major Telecom customers.

Prior to Qvantel, Jukka-Pekka held a position at Microsoft as an Engineering Manager from April 2014 to August 2016. Their earlier experience includes working at Nokia Lumia Engineering, where they served as an SW Program Engineering Manager from June 2013 to March 2014 and an SW Product Development Manager from August 2011 to May 2013. Additionally, they held the role of a Program Manager, responsible for delivering NFC experience for Lumia devices, and as a Program Manager for the Symbian Platform Program Management.

Jukka-Pekka started their career at Nokia as a Chief Engineer from December 2003 to 2006. Jukka-Pekka also gained experience at Tieto as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2003 and at ABB as a Design Engineer from January 1998 to September 2000.

Jukka-Pekka Rissanen pursued their education at the Tampere University of Technology from 1992 to 1999. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2018, they also acquired a certification as a M-Files Business Administrator from the M-Files Corporation.
