Seth Herman is an accomplished restructuring professional with over 14 years of professional experience.
Seth has advised companies, sponsors, ad hoc creditor groups, official committees and other economic stakeholders on a range of matters including in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions, structured financings, amendments, exchange offers, and mergers & acquisitions.
Seth’s professional experience includes advising key stakeholders on some of the largest and most complex restructuring cases, as well as those of middle market companies undergoing a transition. Seth has led numerous engagements across a wide range of sectors, including energy & power, mining, retail, restaurants, consumer products, media and healthcare (including a number of award-winning transactions).
Prior to joining M3, Seth was a senior member of the Debt Advisory & Restructuring group at Jefferies. Before joining Jefferies, Seth was a Vice President in the Recapitalization & Restructuring group at Moelis.
Seth earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with High Honors and a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University with Highest Honors.
