Liz Francis is an accomplished professional in people operations and human resources, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at M1 since April 2021. With a robust background that includes roles such as People Business Partner at Sprout Social, Inc., and Payroll and Benefits Lead at Vivid Seats, Liz has extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, and creating engaging work environments. Beginning a career as a Recruitment Coordinator at ConAgra Foods and progressing through various HR roles, Liz has consistently contributed to enhancing employee experiences and organizational growth. Liz holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Graphic Design and a Master's degree in Human Service Administration from Bradley University.
