Currently serving as SVP of Program Management & Delivery at M2P Fintech, Prasanna previously held various leadership roles at Equitas Small Finance Bank, where key achievements included launching India's first online sale of FASTag and an exclusive App for FASTag. Prior roles at Citi and Citibank India involved enhancing client experience, expense analysis, and initiating the development of UPI. Prasanna holds multiple degrees in finance and management, including an MBA and a Master of Financial Management, and has passed Level 1 of the CFA Program on the first attempt.
