Eric Steffens is an experienced professional in the event technology industry with a career spanning from 2003 to the present. Currently serving as an On Site Technician at M3 Technology Group, Inc. since January 2023, Eric has held various roles including Director of Event Technology at Encore and PSAV, where responsibilities included managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing audio/visual needs for events. Previously, Eric worked as an Event Technology Supervisor at Marriott International, an Audio/Visual Specialist at Baptist Hospital, and held earlier positions that involved inventory management and technical support. Eric holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Technology from the University of Central Missouri.
