Noura Abunayyan

General Counsel at Maarif Education

Noura Abunayyan is an accomplished legal professional serving as General Counsel and Board Secretary at Maarif Education since October 2021. Previously, Noura held the position of Board Member at the official Translation Department of The Bureau of Experts from February 2020 to March 2023 and worked as Legal Counsel in a confidential role from October 2020 to August 2021. Noura co-owned and managed Abunayyan Equestrian Club from May 2018 to December 2020 and provided legal contracts advising at Zain KSA between November 2018 and October 2020. An associate at ZS&R in association with Hogan Lovells from July 2017 to October 2018, Noura also co-founded The Beholder Group, specializing in modern and contemporary arts, from January 2011 to July 2016. Noura began legal training as an intern at Al Fahad Law in 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Law from Chapman University and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Prince Sultan University, along with coursework in Project Management at UCLA and certification as an International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances in late 2022.
