Alexandra Oliva

Alexandra Oliva is an experienced professional with a background in organizational coordination and volunteer management. Currently serving as the Coordinator of People and Culture at the MacArthur Foundation since April 2024, Alexandra previously held the position of Volunteer Coordinator at the Chicago Architecture Center from March 2022 to April 2024. Prior roles include Assistant Center Director at Mathnasium, Administrative Assistant at the University of Chicago, and Front Desk Manager at Kids Science Labs. Alexandra also gained experience as a Workshop Facilitator at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed a student internship at Family Advocacy in Champaign County.
