Urmi Sengupta

Urmi Sengupta is a seasoned professional specializing in impact investments, currently serving as the Field Support Manager and Senior Impact Investments Officer at the MacArthur Foundation since September 2013. In this role, Urmi leads the Foundation's Impact Investing Field-Building grant portfolio, collaborating with various initiatives and facilitating pooled grant initiatives. Earlier positions at the Foundation involved making impact investments, building ecosystems, and exploring international investment opportunities. Urmi has also held leadership roles in organizations such as the Catalytic Capital Consortium, Tipping Point Fund, and Collaborative for Frontier Finance.
