Pat Hirst is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of Training & Development at MacDon Industries since April 2022, Pat also holds roles as an Instructor and Keynote Speaker at CPA Manitoba, and as an Instructor in Negotiation Skills at QNET Manitoba. As the President of Touchstone Resources, Pat leads a consulting practice focused on mediation, facilitation, training, and keynote speaking. Pat's extensive educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba and multiple certificates in Adult Education and Facilitation Skills. Notably, Pat is the author of "In a Perfect World: Interpersonal Skills for Life," a practical guide aimed at enhancing communication and relationships.
