Carlo Dela Rosa is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Head of Quality at Mach Industries since May 2025, Carlo has previously held multiple roles at Shield AI from January 2020 to May 2025, including Senior Quality Manager and Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer. Prior experience includes positions as a Process Quality Engineer at Brain Corp and Quality Control Engineer at Astura Medical, along with earlier roles as an intern at Mondelēz International.
