As the Vice President of Human Resources, Jennifer Fischer oversees all federal and state regulatory compliance matters, payroll, benefits, staffing, employee relations, workers compensation, and DOT compliance. Jennifer Fischer joined the Mach 1 team in September of 2012. Prior to joining Mach 1, Ms. Fischer worked for six years at a regional trucking company as the Human Resource and DOT Safety Manager. Ms. Fischer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, with a major concentration in Personnel Psychology/Human Resources from Washington State University.
