Tom currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Machine Solutions Inc., where they lead the manufacturing and supply chain operations for a global medical device company. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Operations at TRW Vehicle Safety Systems. Throughout their career, Tom has achieved notable accomplishments such as cost optimization, business rationalization, and implementation of Lean principles.
