Callum Bramah

Callum Bramah is a highly experienced professional in the field of real estate research and strategy. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Asia-Pacific Real Estate Research at Macquarie Group since September 2024, Callum's career includes a significant tenure at The GPT Group from January 2014 to August 2024, where roles progressed from Head of Research to Head of Strategy & Wholesale Capital, overseeing strategy, M&A, and research initiatives. Prior to this, Callum held various leadership positions at Macquarie Group from 2002 to 2013, including Managing Director roles in both Asia Property Research and Australian Property Research. Callum began a career in finance at Deloitte Australia in 2001 and holds advanced degrees in Finance and Business Administration from UNSW and the University of Technology Sydney, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Australian National University.
