Steve Harig

Steve Harig is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the biotechnology and retail industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at MacroGenics, Inc. since December 2023, Steve previously held several positions at Emergent BioSolutions from 2014 to December 2023, including Vice President of Total Rewards and Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes a decade at AstraZeneca, where Steve held multiple roles such as Human Resources Director and Director of HR Strategy, Planning & Analytics, following the acquisition of MedImmune. Early in the career, Steve worked at Bed Bath & Beyond as Regional HR Manager, overseeing a team of District HR Managers. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
