R. Spencer Potts

R. Spencer Potts is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and board roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Madhive since September 2019, R. Spencer Potts is also a Managing Partner at Maximalist Ventures and has been involved with Precise.ai and Alpha as a Board Member and Founding Member, respectively, since 2024. Additionally, R. Spencer Potts contributes to several organizations as a Board Member, including Valence, Prospect Farms, and RIVER FUND. Previously, leadership was demonstrated at MidOcean Partners and CIFC Asset Management in business development roles. R. Spencer Potts holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of New Hampshire.
