Aaron Justice has a diverse background in strategy, operations, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving in a Strategy & Operations role at Madison Air since 2024, Aaron previously worked as an Independent Consultant after collaborating with two Madison Air businesses. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Vice President in a manufacturing company and leading operations and strategy at Eaton from 2016 to 2022, focusing on corporate strategic projects and plant management. Aaron's career began in the United States Air Force as a pilot from 2003 to 2014. Educationally, Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration in Strategy from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
