Steven’s earlier experience at CA Technologies, from January 1996 to August 2013, included positions such as Senior Principal Software Engineer, Senior Director of Software Engineering, and Director of Information Technology, contributing to significant developments in software engineering and IT infrastructure. Steven began a career in the US Navy from June 1991 to December 1992, achieving honorable discharge as a Desert Storm veteran. Educational qualifications include studies at Villanova University, Hofstra University, and Nassau Community College.
