Jared Nalepa

Jared Nalepa is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Accounting at Maev since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jared worked at Firstleaf from May 2021 to October 2023, holding positions as Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant. Jared began a career at RSM US LLP, where from November 2017 to 2021, roles included Audit Senior Associate and Assurance Associate, along with an Assurance Internship in late 2015. Jared earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Kent State University between 2013 and 2017, following completion of secondary education at Riverside High School.
