Bea Janik

Bea Janik has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the retail and airport sectors. Currently serving as a Lounge Host and Security Officer at MAG (Airports Group) since August 2018, Bea previously worked at World Duty Free as a Concierge/Personal Shopper from June 2014 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing personalized shopping services and driving sales. Prior to that, Bea held various roles at Harrods from October 2010 to November 2013, including Jewellery Specialist and Sales Associate, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and managing stock and sales. Bea's career began at Folli Follie Group, serving as Assistant Manager from January 2006 to September 2010, and earlier as a Sales Consultant at Designs Direct. Educated as a Woman Hairdressing Graduate in Poland, Bea developed strong skills in client relations and sales strategies throughout the career.
