Previously, Keith held the position of Program Manager at Nationwide Insurance from November 1999 to January 2021, where leadership was provided for the multi-year Promise 2020 - Transform program aimed at modernizing Individual Life underwriting. Keith also managed significant projects within the Tier 1 Goal State (Teradata) Rate Management Program and led the development of a world-class Application Development Center. Earlier roles included Systems Analyst positions at H.S.A. Managed Care Systems and Anthem, focusing on system enhancements and project management methodologies.
