Paul Chatwyn-Ros has a diverse work experience in the advertising and media industry. Paul began their career at Feather Brooksbank in 2006, working as an Account Executive until 2008. Paul then joined Walker Media as an Account Executive from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they joined ZenithOptimedia Group I The ROI Agency, where they started as a Trading Executive in 2010 and advanced to become a Trading Manager - Display from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, Paul moved to MAGNA Global as an Investment Director until 2018, when they were promoted to International Trading Director, a position they currently hold.

From 1995 to 2002, they attended Silverdale School in Sheffield, where they achieved three A Levels in English Language, History, and Politics.

Paul then went on to study at the University of Glasgow from 2002 to 2006, earning an MA with a 2:1 classification in English Language.
