Deepak Srivastava is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user research and visual design. Currently serving as a Visual Design Lead at Mahindra Finance since December 2023, Deepak conducts on-ground research to enhance loan collection journeys and leads user requirement sessions. Prior to this role, Deepak was the Lead Visual Designer at YUJ Designs from July 2022 to January 2024, where collaboration with clients focused on user pain points and business alignment using design thinking methodologies. Deepak's earlier experience includes serving as Principal Designer and Senior UI/UX Designer at KiwiTech from February 2015 to August 2022, and as a UI Designer at Appstudioz Pvt Limited from June 2014 to February 2015, where project ownership and client satisfaction were prioritized. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Rajasthan, completed in 2018, and has additional training from MAAC.
