Simon Theis has a diverse work experience in the design industry. Simon started their career as an Intern for Schlagheck Design Munich in 2004, where they gained experience in product design. In 2005, they joined nexum AG as a Media Designer and worked on various online projects. Over the years, Simon progressed to roles such as Art Director and Design Team Manager, where they coordinated teams and generated ideas for campaigns and layouts. In 2018, they became a Senior Art Director and then took on the role of Discipline Lead Design, where they coordinated design efforts, mentored coworkers, and evaluated work processes. As of June 2021, they are currently working at nexum AG as the Lead Visual Design.
Simon Theis attended Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Diplom degree in Media Design.
