Feza Kirgiz

Feza KIRGIZ is an experienced leader with extensive expertise in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Operations at MAHLE since September 2021, Feza oversees operations at two plants with over 650 employees, focusing on electric motor production. Prior experience includes roles as Global Head of Project Logistics at MAHLE, as well as Vice General Manager and Supply Chain Management Consultant at LC Waikiki, where responsibilities encompassed logistics management, operational excellence, and supply chain improvements. Additional leadership roles in planning and logistics at FEKA Otomotiv and Coşkunöz Holding demonstrate a strong background in production control and capacity planning. Earlier roles at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey and Toyota Motor Company involved manufacturing and logistics operations, as well as plant layout design for overseas ventures. Feza holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University.
