Karsten Emrich

Karsten Emrich has extensive experience in engineering and management within the automotive sector, particularly in liquid cooled and electric heat exchangers. At MAHLE, Karsten has held multiple director roles, overseeing projects and engineering excellence initiatives. Prior to this, at MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG, Karsten managed product development for EGR and intercooler applications and served as a project manager in advanced engine cooling. Karsten’s career began at Rolls-Royce as a development engineer specializing in combustion engineering. Karsten holds a Diplom degree in Aerospace Engineering from Universität Stuttgart, obtained between 1992 and 1998.
