Richard Blasciuc

Richard Blasciuc has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Richard has held various roles in different companies, including MAHLE, Federal-Mogul Motorparts, Apex Tool Group, Lochbridge, Avery Dennison, Talent Acquisition Solutions, JDM Systems Consultants, DPM Consulting Services, Yoh (A Day & Zimmermann Company), and Anatec. Throughout their career, Richard has been responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, developing recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and improving candidate experiences. Richard has also demonstrated success in reducing recruiting costs, improving efficiency, and delivering results.

Richard Blasciuc obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business. Richard completed their education in the years 1990 to 1995.
