Aaron Weismann has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Aaron began their career as a Research Assistant at Civil Rights Clearinghouse in 2007. Aaron then worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri from 2007 to 2008. Following that, they worked as a Law Clerk at Hais, Hais, Goldberger & Coyne, P.C. in 2009, and later as an Associate at Gargano & Associates, P.C. in 2010.

In the same year, they joined State Street Bank as an Attorney, where they played a crucial role in negotiating custody contracts and creating new provisions for the bank's global custody banking practice. Aaron also developed a compliance-tracking database for the bank.

From 2012 to 2017, Aaron worked at the Executive Office of Health and Human Services as an Assistant General Counsel, where they gained valuable legal experience. Aaron then joined Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, serving as the Chief Information Security Officer from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Main Line Health, starting from 2020.

Aaron has demonstrated expertise in both legal and information security domains throughout their career.

Aaron Weismann has a strong educational background in law and technology. Aaron obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Global Law and Technology, Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law from Suffolk University Law School in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2009. Aaron'sundergraduate studies were also at Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Economics in 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Aaron has obtained certifications in information security and privacy, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2022 and The Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in 2015.
