Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - NPI at Mainspring Energy since March 2021, Aaron previously held roles as a Mechanical Test Engineer - Hydrogen Storage at McLaren Performance Technologies and as a Process Engineer at Linamar Corporation. Background includes expertise in specifying equipment, designing testing facilities, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Hands-on experience in motorsport technology was gained through roles as a Motorsport Technician for various racing teams and leadership positions at UOIT Motorsports. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
