Micaela Naldini has an extensive work experience in the fashion industry, specializing in leathergoods design. Micaela began their career at Prada, Miu Miu, and Helmut Lang as a Senior Designer in 1999. Micaela then moved on to Christian Dior, where they served as the Women's Leathergoods Head Designer for almost 10 years. Micaela also worked as the Mens Leathergoods Head Designer at Tom Ford from 2006 to 2010. Micaela subsequently joined Salvatore Ferragamo as the Design Director for Leathergoods. Micaela continued to make significant contributions to various luxury brands, including Prada and Tom Ford, before becoming the Head Designer for both Mens and Womens Leathergoods at Tom Ford. Afterwards, they worked as a Consultant Designer for MIU MIU at Prada. Micaela's talent and expertise led their to a Freelance position as the Womens Leathergoods Head Designer at LANVIN, and they later became the Consultant Leathergoods Designer for Michael Kors Collection. Currently, they are employed as the women's leathergoods designer at Max Mara Fashion Group.
