Michael Barsoum

Michael Barsoum holds extensive experience in learning and development as well as commercial capabilities across several prominent pharmaceutical and consumer health companies. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Majid Al Futtaim, Michael has previously held significant roles at AstraZeneca, including Head of Commercial Capabilities and Retail & Nexium Marketing Manager for the NEMAG region, as well as other leadership positions focused on commercial excellence and business intelligence. Additionally, Michael has experience with Eli Lilly and Company as a Learning and Development Manager, Novartis Consumer Health as a Training Manager in the NANE region, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in various sales training roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in both training and commercial strategy.
