Vincent Watts is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Serving as a Sous Chef at Major Food Group since July 2022, Vincent also owns A Chef and A Knife, focusing on creating unique dining experiences for clients. Previous roles include Sous Chef positions at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas and Wynn Las Vegas, as well as Executive Sous Chef at True Food Kitchen. With a solid foundation in the culinary arts from The Art Institute of Las Vegas, Vincent has developed skills in product ordering, back-of-house employee scheduling, and line supervision throughout various prestigious establishments, including Vdara Hotel & Spa and Olive Garden.
