Nicholas Depietro

Nicholas DePietro is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the culinary industry. Currently serving as Sous Chef at NoHo Hospitality Group since February 2024, Nicholas previously held positions including Executive Sous Chef at Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. from August 2022 to February 2024, and Sous Chef at both Kissaki and Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. before that. Nicholas also gained experience as Chef Tournant with JEAN-GEORGES MANAGEMENT and as a Line Cook at Sage Cafe Market & More and Westchester Country Club. Nicholas holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Operations from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
