Amanda Vitella

Amanda Vitella is an experienced professional in organizational development and learning, currently serving as Senior Manager, People Team Business Partner at Make-A-Wish America since January 2019. Amanda has held multiple roles at Make-A-Wish America, including Senior Manager, People Learning & Development and Learning and Innovation Manager. Prior to this, Amanda worked at Maricopa Integrated Health System from January 2013 to January 2019, where roles included Manager of Organizational Development and Senior Organizational Development Specialist II. Amanda's career also includes experience at Maricopa Community Colleges as Coordinator of Employee & Organizational Learning and at Aurora Health Care as Manager of Employee & Organizational Development. Amanda holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
