Lindsay Gaal

Lindsay Gaal, PHR, CPC, ELI-MP, MHRM, currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Global Chief People Officer at Makosi since February 2023, and is also the Founder of LG Coaching & Consulting as of March 2024. Prior experience includes the role of COO for the NY Metro Region at Marcum LLP from September 2022 to February 2023, and various leadership positions at Friedman LLP from September 2013 to September 2022, including Managing Principal, COO/CHRO. Gaal's career began with roles at Untracht Early LLC as an HR Manager, Friedman LLP as an HR Generalist, and previous internships at Mercedes Benz USA, Susquehanna Bank, Corporate Synergies, and Coach. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Management from Rowan University.
