Additionally, Marcus Heng has certifications in Interview Architect and Leadership Architect 101 from Korn/Ferry International powered by Lominger, obtained in 2013. Marcus also possesses certifications in Facilitator for 7-Habits of Highly Effective People and WorkPlace Big 5 Profiling, though the institutions and specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
