Jay Norris

Jay Norris is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and business consultancy. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Guesst since July 2020, Jay has developed a performance-based leasing software platform that enables property owners to monitor retail and restaurant tenant sales performance. Additionally, Jay serves as Co-Chair of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved with organizations such as the Westport Weston Family YMCA as a Board Member, and as a Co-Founder and Board Member at Startup Westport. Jay also mentors startups through Techstars Detroit Powered by J.P. Morgan and leads BlackLight™, the first search engine dedicated to Black-owned businesses. Previous roles include founding Westport10.com and serving as Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Lifestyle Equities, a management consultancy for small to medium-sized businesses. Jay's earlier career includes a position as Director of Tenant Representation at Eastern Consolidated, where notable transactions were successfully closed. Jay Norris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Howard University.
